Hi Hoof Fellow NOMAD!  

I would like to begin by thanking you for your past/present membership in the NOMADS organization and to let you know the upcoming plans for 2008.  

As you can see, several changes have been made to the web site.  This year you will be able to submit pictures, stories and items for sale or trade which will be posted for other Nomads to view.  We want to share your crazy tales of that hunting expedition or the one that got away so that we can all laugh along with you.  We are searching for writers who will help create a quarterly newsletter and provide informational articles on the site.  We are also looking for sponsors and advertisers to use the site as a way to promote their business. 

When the NOMADS first organized, it was made up of a small group of friends who occasionally got together to hunt, fish, snowmobile and to enjoy just about any outdoor activity.  Most importantly we got together to laugh and have a fun time.  I never imagined over 30 years ago that the nomads would one day consist of hundreds of outdoor sporting enthusiasts like myself and founding NOMADS.  Over the past few years the development of the web site has helped the word to spread and the organization to grow.  A renewed interest has prompted changes such as the new web site to take place.  I hope you will be as excited as we are and continue to support the NOMADS by continuing your membership.

As you can see, this year hold promise and excitement for the growth of the NOMADS and the revitalization of the HI-HOOF web site.  I hope you will help us by sending in your photos, stories, swaps/ buys/ sells/ trades and anything else you think would interest your fellow NOMADS. Remember to tell your friends, family and neighbors to join in on the excitement.  Thank you again for your membership.
